For non-metal or non-realistic models, shipment may still be possible depending on local regulations — we will review your request and confirm availability.
We process every order within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on the warehouse and shipping method:
- US Warehouse: 2–10 business days
- China Warehouse – Air Shipping: 10–20 business days
- China Warehouse – Sea Shipping: 25–45 days
- Remote areas (e.g., Spanish islands): up to 60 days

For all supported destinations listed on our website, orders are shipped under a DTP (Delivered Tax Paid) service — which means customs clearance and import taxes are already covered by us. You simply receive your package without any additional fees in most cases.
However, if your delivery address is outside our regular shipping regions, there may be exceptions where local customs charges or clearance requirements apply.

We do not offer 30-day returns without reason.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for verified product quality issues.

Because we operate using international shipping, transportation costs are significantly higher.
For non-quality-related returns, customers may choose to return the product at their own expense. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.
